Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to understand the mental health needs of clients experiencing major mental illness or severe emotional disturbances.

• Develop, implement, and manage integrated care plans tailored to individual client needs, facilitating access to linked services and support systems.

• Provide direct clinical services including individual, group, and family therapy, utilizing evidence-based practices that focus on client empowerment and choice.

• Engage in crisis intervention as necessary, ensuring the safety and well-being of clients during critical moments.

• Participate as a collaborative team member, contributing to team goals and sharing insights to improve service delivery.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 – 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
