Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Inner Grove Oasis, your responsibilities will include:

• Administering therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) that are catered specifically to the individual’s stated goals and mental health conditions.

• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical records that comply with HIPAA and therapeutic standards, ensuring the confidentiality and integrity of patient information.

• Collaborating cohesively with an interdisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and healthcare professionals to coordinate care strategies that maximize patient outcomes.

• Participating in regular case consultations and peer reviews to continually enhance the quality of care provided, sharing insights and strategies with fellow clinicians.

Compensation and Benefits\n
