Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will engage in the following day-to-day activities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments for individuals, couples, and families, tailoring therapeutic interventions to meet their unique needs.

• Provide counseling sessions for couples, individually, alongside specialized family therapy for various family dynamics.
\n
• Address a wide range of client concerns, including but not limited to: alcohol abuse, psychological and physical abuse, grief and loss, blended family challenges, disagreements among family members, job-related stress, medical issues, and communication barriers.
\n
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that promote healing and problem-solving within families.
\n
• Monitor client progress, adjusting therapeutic approaches as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
\n
• Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and adapt to the evolving needs of clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your practice will primarily focus on adults, children, and adolescents grappling with a diverse set of psychological and relational challenges. This inclusive client focus allows you to address the varying needs of families within their cultural contexts while promoting open communication and empathy in therapy sessions.

Qualifications\n

To thrive in this role, you must possess the following qualifications:

• An active state license to practice as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related mental health field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
