Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to understand clients' unique backgrounds, challenges, and goals.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that align with clients’ needs, including rehabilitative, therapeutic, and crisis intervention strategies.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and family systems therapy, tailored to each client's situation.

• Engage in ongoing evaluation and adjustment of treatment plans based on client progress and feedback.

• Collaborate actively with a multidisciplinary team to contribute effectively to holistic client care, ensuring all interventions are aligned and productive.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and adhere to best practices in record-keeping to enhance continuity of care.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from $110,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and education.
