Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions with individuals, couples, and families, using secure telehealth platforms to ensure privacy and confidentiality.

• Assess client needs through comprehensive psychosocial evaluations to establish the basis for effective treatment plans.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and the Gottman Method.

• Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR) and ensure all clinical documentation meets regulatory standards.

• Provide ongoing evaluations and adjust treatment plans as necessary to align with client progress.

• Actively engage in team meetings and case consultations, utilizing telecommunication tools to enhance collaboration among clinicians.

Qualifications\n

• Active LMFT license in California, with the ability to provide therapy across state lines if required.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience, preferably in a telehealth setting.

• Proficient in evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including but not limited to CBT, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care.

• Strong proficiency with technology, capable of navigating telehealth platforms and digital tools effectively.

• Outstanding communication, interpersonal, assessment, and critical thinking skills.

Compensation and Benefits\n
