Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop a strong therapeutic relationship by establishing positive, trusting rapport with patients to foster open communication and engagement.

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to diagnose mental health disorders, using validated tools and methods to inform treatment planning.

• Create and implement individualized treatment plans that are tailored to each patient’s specific needs, considering their circumstances and personal goals.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing various therapeutic modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy, family systems therapy, or mindfulness-based approaches.

• Regularly meet with patients to provide counseling, monitor progress, and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure ongoing efficacy.

• Collaborate with external specialists, when necessary, to provide comprehensive care and refer clients to appropriate resources for additional support.

• Maintain accurate and confidential records of patient sessions, treatment progress, and any relevant communications according to HIPAA regulations.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
