Key Responsibilities\n

• Establish and maintain positive, trusting rapport with clients to foster a therapeutic alliance.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to diagnose mental health disorders and develop targeted treatment strategies.

• Create individualized treatment plans that consider clients' unique circumstances, backgrounds, and therapeutic goals.

• Facilitate therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices, which may include cognitive-behavioral techniques, family systems theory, or other methodologies.

• Regularly monitor and evaluate client progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care and refer clients to specialists when needed.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes according to organizational policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client population, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and other mental health disorders. Your role will involve supporting families during challenging life events and transitions, helping them to navigate complex relationships and fostering healthier communication patterns. Qualifications\n

• Must possess an active state license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Compensation and Benefits\n
