Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to thoroughly understand clients' mental health needs, developing tailored treatment plans that address their unique challenges.

• Engage in individual therapy sessions employing evidence-based practices and therapeutic techniques that foster personal growth, resilience, and well-being.

• Collaborate with fellow practitioners during staff and group supervision meetings, ensuring a high standard of clinical excellence through shared insights and best practices.

• Set and revisit therapeutic goals with clients, tracking their progress to adjust treatment plans as necessary for optimal outcomes.

• Offer teletherapy services to accommodate clients who may have mobility challenges or prefer remote sessions for convenience.

• Document client interactions thoroughly and maintain accurate records in compliance with healthcare regulations and ethical standards.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this LMFT position ranges from $80,000 to $101,000 annually, complemented by a competitive bonus structure based on performance. Additional benefits include:
