Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health, evaluating the intensity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms.

• Collaboratively develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to clients’ specific needs, goals, and preferences.

• Utilize evidence-based therapies, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to facilitate positive client outcomes.

• Educate clients and their families on mood disorders, as well as treatment options and self-care strategies, to empower them in their recovery journeys.

• Continuously monitor client progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary to ensure efficacy and alignment with clients’ evolving needs.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other medical professionals to provide integrated care that addresses the comprehensive needs of clients.

• Stay abreast of the latest research and developments in mood disorder treatment to enhance therapeutic strategies and practices.

Qualifications\n

• A current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Compensation and Benefits\n
