Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate the intensity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms in clients.

• Collaborate with clients to develop personalized treatment plans that align with their unique needs, aspirations, and preferences.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to address each client's specific challenges.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, available treatment options, and self-care strategies to enhance their understanding and coping skills.

• Monitor client progress diligently and modify treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated, holistic care for clients.

• Stay current with the latest research and advancements in mood disorder treatments to enhance therapeutic effectiveness.

• Maintain accurate and confidential records and documentation in line with legal and ethical standards.

• Participate actively in case consultations, team meetings, and professional development initiatives.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Clear-Minds, you will primarily focus on clients navigating marital and relational challenges. This includes working with individuals and families experiencing divorce, relationship breakdowns, and other significant life transitions. You will apply your expertise to help clients identify patterns, develop healthier communication strategies, and foster emotional connection.

Qualifications\n

• A current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Compensation and Benefits\n
