Key Responsibilities\n

• Craft personalized treatment plans that clearly outline therapeutic goals, interventions, and measurable outcomes, adapting them as necessary based on client progress and changing needs.

• Offer crisis intervention and support for clients experiencing acute mental health crises. Develop immediate stabilization plans and refer clients to emergency services when needed.

• Educate clients and their families on mental health conditions, coping mechanisms, and local resources available to them, empowering them to engage actively in their recovery process.

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes that comply with all legal and ethical standards.
