Key Responsibilities\n

• Individual and Family Therapy: Conduct therapy sessions with individuals, couples, and families dealing with a variety of challenges such as relationship difficulties, trauma, anxiety, and depression. Tailor your therapeutic approach to meet the unique circumstances of each client.

• Assessment and Diagnosis: Perform comprehensive assessments of clients to identify their mental health needs, develop personalized treatment plans, and provide accurate diagnostic evaluations aligned with best practices.

• Therapeutic Interventions: Implement a variety of evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), structural family therapy, and solution-focused therapy to address specific client issues effectively.

• Collaboration and Coordination of Care: Work closely with a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals, such as psychiatrists and social workers, to coordinate care and ensure an integrated approach to treatment.

• Documentation and Compliance: Maintain thorough and timely clinical documentation in accordance with state regulations, ethical guidelines, and clinic standards to support the quality of care provided.

• Crisis Intervention: Provide prompt crisis intervention services to clients in acute distress, ensuring they receive the support necessary to stabilize their emotional state.

• Supervision and Mentorship (if applicable): Offer mentorship to clinical interns and less experienced staff, fostering their professional growth and enhancing the clinic's service capabilities.

Compensation and Benefits\n
