Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health, identifying key issues affecting their emotional and relational health.

• Design and implement tailored treatment plans guided by evidence-based practices, ensuring they resonate with the client’s unique experiences and needs.

• Conduct regular therapy sessions, adjusting therapeutic techniques based on client feedback and progress monitoring.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, systemic therapy, and solution-focused therapy, to address diverse client needs.

• Lead individual and group counseling sessions, fostering a collaborative atmosphere that encourages client participation and peer support.

• Coordinate referrals to other professionals and services when necessary, ensuring clients have access to comprehensive support.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LMFT will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals, couples, and families grappling with issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and life transitions. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
