Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to identify mood disorders and other mental health conditions, utilizing tools such as diagnostic interviews and standardized rating scales.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, drawing from an array of therapeutic approaches including narrative, systemic, and structural family therapy.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health disorders, fostering an understanding that empowers them to engage actively in the therapeutic process.

• Regularly review and adjust treatment plans based on client's progress and changing needs, ensuring adaptive and effective therapy.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation in accordance with state regulations and ethical standards, highlighting clinical interactions and outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The therapist will primarily work with a diverse client population facing various life challenges, including relationship issues, grief and loss, anxiety, depression, and family dynamics. Qualifications\n

• An active and valid LMFT license in California, ensuring compliance with state guidelines for mental health professionals.

Compensation and Benefits\n
