Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver therapeutic services to individuals, families, and groups facing diverse psychological challenges, ensuring each session is tailored to the client's unique needs.

• Conduct in-depth assessments, incorporating evidence-based evaluations to create personalized treatment plans that promote effective recovery pathways.

• Administer various therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy, assessing outcomes and adjusting strategies accordingly.

• Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation of client progress and interventions in our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring continuity of care and compliance with applicable regulations.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and social workers, to integrate holistic care strategies that enhance client treatment outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LMFT at Center For Discovery, you will work with a diverse client population, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and various behavioral concerns. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or an equivalent field from an accredited institution.

• An active and unrestricted LMFT license in the state of California.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, ranging from USD 115,000 to 120,000 per year .
