Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Beyond Behavior, you will:

• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT).

• Support clients in navigating trauma-related concerns, employing trauma-informed care principles to foster safety and empowerment.

• Maintain accurate and confidential records of client interactions, treatment progress, and outcomes in accordance with ethical and legal standards.

Compensation and Benefits\n
