Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct engaging individual, couples, and family therapy sessions tailored to the needs of clients in an outpatient setting.

• Perform comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and maintain accurate clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Design, implement, and evaluate personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and more.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and support staff, to create coordinated care strategies for clients.

• Engage in clinical supervision and peer consultation to enhance your professional skills and contribute to team knowledge-sharing.

• Maintain adherence to HIPAA regulations and clinic policies, ensuring client confidentiality and safety in all interactions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse client population, inclusive of individuals from various cultural backgrounds, ages, and mental health challenges. Our clients often seek assistance for anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Clinical Psychology, or a closely related field with an emphasis on mental health.

• An active California LPCC license in good standing is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The Beacon Institute values its clinicians’ contributions and offers a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload. Benefits include flexible work options tailored to individual lifestyles, full administrative support including billing and insurance handling, and autonomy in scheduling your own hours. In addition, you will receive support for continuing education and license renewal.
