Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy tailored to the specific needs of assigned clients.

• Conduct comprehensive family and child counseling sessions, ensuring services meet medical necessity requirements for reimbursement.

• Develop and facilitate psychoeducational groups, including classes on parenting and life skills, aimed at enhancing community support.

• Maintain thorough and accurate client documentation, including case materials and program statistics, adhering to regulatory standards.

• Ensure timely completion of clinical charting, reports, and other necessary documentation for the client population under your care.

• Meet and exceed billing requirements by maintaining a determined number of reimbursable hours each month.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Pennsylvania.

• A minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in a clinical setting, demonstrating successful outcomes in therapy.

• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.

• Self-motivated and proactive, capable of initiating actions related to billing and documentation independently.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive salary ranging between $90,000 and $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
