Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Evara, your day-to-day responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Facilitating sessions that support clients through various life transitions, including trauma, grief, and mental health struggles.

• Collaborating closely with psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a rounded approach to client care.

• Documenting all clinical interactions accurately and maintaining confidentiality in adherence to legal and ethical guidelines.

• Participating in regular case consultations, training sessions, and clinical team meetings to ensure continuous professional development.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus as an LMFT will be to support diverse individuals and families facing an array of challenges. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate for this role will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's or Doctorate degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• An active and unrestricted LMFT license in Tennessee or license-eligible within 90 days of application.

• Experience with varied client demographics and an understanding of cultural competencies in therapy.
