Key Responsibilities\n

• Build trusting relationships with clients through respectful, empathetic communication.

• Maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation of all client interactions and therapy sessions in compliance with clinic standards.

Qualifications\n

• Active state licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Clinical Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• Strong communication skills with an ability to adapt therapeutic techniques to diverse client needs.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
