Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual, couples, and family therapy services to clients seeking outpatient care, addressing their emotional and relational needs.

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health and relational challenges to develop tailored treatment plans and realistic therapeutic goals.

• Utilize family systems theory, systemic interventions, and evidence-based methodologies to tackle communication breakdowns, relationship dynamics, and family stressors.

• Offer immediate crisis intervention when necessary, ensuring the safety and well-being of clients and their family members.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, progress notes, and treatment plans, adhering to legal and ethical standards.

Qualifications\n

• Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Oregon.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $75,000 to $100,000 annually, contingent on experience and qualifications. In addition to a generous salary, we provide a sign-on bonus for licensed therapists joining our team.
