Key Responsibilities\n

As an LMFT, your daily responsibilities will include the following:

• Conducting therapeutic sessions with couples, individuals, and families, focusing on a holistic approach to mental health.

• Addressing a variety of issues such as alcohol abuse, grief and loss, family conflicts, and adjustment challenges related to separation or divorce.
\n
• Developing individualized treatment plans that reflect the unique needs and goals of each patient.
\n
• Utilizing evidence-based practices and the latest digital technologies to enhance patient engagement and treatment outcomes.
\n
• Documenting progress and outcomes in compliance with organizational policies and best practices.
\n
• Participating in case conferences and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily involve adults and children/adolescents facing a diverse array of mental health challenges. You will specialize in family dynamics and work to support patients through personal and familial struggles, such as job stress, blended family issues, and communication difficulties. Emphasizing a family-centered treatment model, you will empower patients and their families to foster growth and healthy relationships.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• Current and active state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
