Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide therapeutic services to clients via telehealth, utilizing various modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and family therapy techniques.

• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans, in accordance with organizational policies and state regulations.
\n
• Communicate regularly with healthcare professionals, including physicians and psychiatrists, to discuss client progress, needs, and any emerging concerns that may require intervention.

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to develop individualized treatment plans that reflect the unique needs of each client.
\n
• Engage with clients’ family members and support systems to facilitate treatment and develop effective discharge plans, enhancing the support network for the client’s recovery.

• Provide crisis intervention when necessary, assessing emotional and behavioral issues and implementing appropriate treatment strategies to stabilize clients.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
