Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct a variety of therapeutic sessions, including individual, couples, family, and group therapy, ensuring that each session meets the specific needs of your clients.

• Administer mental health assessments and psychological evaluations, diagnosing and evaluating emotional disorders to inform tailored treatment plans.

• Collaborate with other mental health professionals to discuss test results and establish comprehensive treatment strategies.

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based methodologies aimed at improving client outcomes.

• Track and assess patient progress throughout the therapeutic process, adjusting treatment goals and techniques as required to maximize effectiveness.

• Participate in occasional therapeutic retreats and activities designed to enhance the therapeutic experience for clients, fostering community and connection.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily support adult clients and provide specialized services to the child and adolescent populations as needed. Our clientele often presents with a range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and transitional life events. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer an attractive annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
