Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients' mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group counseling sessions, employing evidence-based practices to address issues such as trauma, anxiety, and depression.

• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary, ensuring that all sessions maintain client safety, confidentiality, and engagement.

• Prepare and document accurate clinical notes using our cloud-based EHR system, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations, including Medicaid and Medicare.

• Provide telehealth services in a compassionate manner, creating a safe and supportive virtual environment for clients to express their needs and concerns.

• Engage in ongoing professional development to enhance skills and keep abreast of the latest mental health trends and best practices.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.

• Minimum of three years of direct experience in a mental health counseling role is essential.

• Proficiency with computers, including a reliable laptop or desktop, internet connection, and web camera for virtual sessions.

• Ability to work independently while managing time effectively and ensuring high-quality client care.

• Prior completion of a background check.
\n
• Willingness to accommodate flexible scheduling, including availability for some weekends and evenings.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience with a variety of therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), or mindfulness techniques.

Compensation and Benefits\n
