Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations of clients to develop customized treatment plans that align with their individual needs.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy, tailored to each client’s situation.

• Engage in regular sessions with individuals, couples, and families via telehealth, allowing for flexibility in scheduling to accommodate client needs.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to ensure comprehensive, holistic care.

• Maintain meticulous and up-to-date clinical records in compliance with ethical standards and legal regulations, utilizing electronic medical record (EMR) systems.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Must hold active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.
