Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients, establishing strong rapport and maintaining professional ethics to foster trust and effective therapeutic relationships.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients to monitor their progress, discussing treatment plans, addressing stability, and facilitating discharge when appropriate.

• Develop and implement individualized, person-centered treatment plans that align with the unique needs and goals of each client.

• Maintain timely and accurate documentation, including progress notes and treatment plan updates for every client.

• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate client needs and determine appropriate treatment strategies.

• Engage in weekly individual therapy sessions, providing support and guidance that empowers clients in their mental health journeys.

• Participate in individual supervision to enhance clinical skills and competencies.

• Collaborate with a network of healthcare professionals to coordinate care and address complex client needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our outpatient services cater to a diverse patient population that includes adults, children, and families grappling with various mental health challenges. This role will provide direct psychotherapy and counseling services tailored to individuals' distinct circumstances. LPCs will tackle issues ranging from anxiety and depression to relationship struggles and trauma, making a meaningful difference in clients' lives.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in mental health counseling or a closely related field.

• A current, unrestricted, and active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) designation in Texas.

• At least one year of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting.

• Proficient in the use of technology, including electronic clinical records systems, Excel, Outlook, and other relevant software.

• Demonstrated experience providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families.
\n
• Capable and comfortable performing intake assessments and utilizing clinical judgment to guide treatment options.
