Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LPC at Calm Health, you will work with a diverse client base, including individuals from varying backgrounds with unique mental health challenges. Many clients may have limited access to traditional mental health resources, which intensifies the impact of your compassionate care. You will provide vital support for clients coping with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and substance abuse.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, ideally in a clinical setting, demonstrating a solid foundation in therapeutic practices.

• A comprehensive understanding of legal and ethical standards within mental healthcare.

• Exemplary interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clientele.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload availability. We support our counselors with assistance in billing and documentation to help reduce administrative burdens.
