Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough patient assessments to develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs.

• Facilitate individual counseling sessions and, as necessary, extend your expertise to family, marriage, or group therapy sessions.

• Administer mental health screenings and evaluations to identify treatment requirements accurately.

• Collaborate with primary care providers to ensure integrated care approaches are taken for patients with co-existing physical and mental health issues.

• Document patient progress and adapt treatment plans based on clinical observations and changing client needs.

• Participate in regular team meetings, sharing insights and strategies with colleagues to continuously improve our service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The patients that you will serve are diverse, ranging from children and adolescents to adults and families facing a variety of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling or a closely related field is required.

• An active and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential is essential for this role.

Compensation and Benefits\n
