Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and diagnostics to develop and implement tailored treatment plans.

• Provide a variety of counseling sessions, including individual, family, marriage, and group therapy, depending on your area of expertise.

• Perform mental health screenings and evaluations to identify specific treatment needs and monitor patient progress.

• Engage in continuous communication with the wider healthcare team to coordinate care and optimize patient outcomes.

• Document all patient interactions and care provided in accordance with clinical standards and organizational policies.

• Participate in ongoing training and professional development activities to stay current with best practices and new techniques in mental health counseling.

• Carry out additional duties as assigned by supervisors to support the clinic's goals.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling or a related field.

• An active, valid License as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Oregon.

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience with an independent mental health license.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is set between USD 100,000 and 105,000 annually , commensurate with experience and qualifications.
