Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage in collaborative treatment planning with psychiatric providers to ensure comprehensive and holistic care for clients.

• Conduct weekly evidence-based therapy sessions via synchronous live video for adults dealing with various emotional disorders, ensuring that your approach adheres to best practice standards.

• Utilize automatically administered symptom self-assessments and treatment outcome measures to regularly evaluate client progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary.

• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation using our streamlined therapist portal, which supports effective and efficient record-keeping.

• Seek guidance and support from the Therapy Leadership Team for clinical consultation, ensuring the highest quality of care is provided.

• Use the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders V (DSM V) standards to formulate accurate mental health diagnoses and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Implement a variety of therapeutic models, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), behavior modification techniques, and brief therapy interventions tailored to each client's needs.

Your primary focus will be on adult clients from diverse backgrounds, presenting a range of emotional and psychological challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, or Clinical Social Work from an accredited program (equivalent degrees include MA, MS, MSW, MFT, MHC, PhD, PsyD).

• An independent license in the state where you reside (such as LCSW, LMFT, or LPC) is a prerequisite for this role, and holding multiple state licenses is a significant advantage.
