Key Responsibilities\n

• Group Therapy Facilitation: You will lead engaging group therapy sessions, enabling participants to share experiences and foster connections that aid in healing and personal growth.

• Individual Counseling: You will conduct one-on-one sessions tailored to individual clients' needs, helping them unravel their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors while developing effective coping strategies.

• Treatment Planning: Collaborate with clients to devise and implement personalized, goal-oriented treatment plans that prioritize their unique preferences and mental health needs.

• Progress Monitoring: Utilize various assessment tools to track clients' progress, adapting treatment strategies as necessary based on feedback and outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will focus on serving young adults grappling with a spectrum of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and stress-related disorders. Qualifications\n

• Educational Background: A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy.

• Licensure: Must possess an active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license.
\n
• Clinical Experience: Previous experience is required in mental health treatment, ideally within residential or outpatient settings.
\n
• Collaborative Mindset: A strong inclination toward teamwork and a passion for our mission to enact positive change in clients’ lives.

• Clinical Skills: Proficiency in techniques such as motivational interviewing, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT).

• Familiarity with telehealth systems and methodologies that support effective remote therapy delivery.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This rewarding position offers an annual salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000 , commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
