Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a licensed professional counselor at Thrive, you will work with a diverse client population. Your caseload will include individuals struggling with mental health challenges, substance abuse issues, and other emotional obstacles, with a special focus on fostering recovery and wellness. You will also support clients with developmental disabilities and acquired brain injuries, tailoring your therapeutic approach based on their unique circumstances.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Oregon.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience, preferably in a clinical setting.

• Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards as they relate to counseling practices.

• Excellent interpersonal communication skills, with an ability to establish rapport with diverse clients.
