Key Responsibilities\n

  Implement routine symptom self-assessments and functional improvement measures, meticulously monitoring client progress and making necessary adjustments to treatment strategies.

  Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation using Brightside’s user-friendly electronic medical record (EMR) system, ensuring seamless integration with treatment plans and progress reporting.

  Engage in regular consultations with the Therapy Leadership Team, utilizing their support to enhance client care and address challenging scenarios.

You will work primarily with adults facing various emotional and psychological challenges, embracing a client-centric approach to therapy that fosters a safe, supportive environment. Your role will involve tailoring interventions that meet the unique needs of each client, empowering them to navigate their mental health journey effectively. Qualifications\n

  A current and active LPC license in the state of Oregon.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 105,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
