Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients to establish their needs and create individualized treatment plans.

• Provide therapeutic intervention for individuals, couples, families, and groups utilizing evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and holistic care for all clients.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Engage in ongoing professional development by attending workshops, training sessions, and relevant conferences to enhance knowledge and skills in mental health care.

• Participate in the development and implementation of outreach programs that promote mental health awareness and education within the community.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Professional Counseling or a related field is required.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the State of Oregon.

• Minimum of one year experience working with psychiatric patients and/or substance abuse populations.

• Experience conducting assessments, diagnoses, and providing both individual and group therapy.
