Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to develop tailored therapy strategies for clients.

• Provide high-quality therapeutic interventions, utilizing evidence-based practices for individuals, couples, families, and groups.

• Implement a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Maintain accurate and comprehensive clinical documentation to meet ethical and legal requirements.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop integrated care plans that enhance client outcomes.

• Participate in continuous professional development through workshops, training, and staying updated on the latest mental health research.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working with a diverse client base, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, substance misuse, and relationship challenges. Our goal is to engage resistant populations while providing the necessary support and treatment to facilitate meaningful change in their lives.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s or doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Oregon.

• Minimum of two years of counseling experience in a clinical setting, demonstrating a strong therapeutic foundation.

• A deep understanding of legal and ethical standards in the counseling field.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective rapport with clients and team members.

• Proficient in using Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems and other relevant technology.

Preferred Experience\n

• Specialization in family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance use counseling is highly valued.

• Competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 90,000 per year, based on experience and caseload.
