Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations to accurately gauge client needs and establish effective treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, families, and groups to address a diverse range of mental health concerns.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy tailored to client specifications.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, ensuring that clients receive holistic and coordinated care.

• Maintain precise clinical documentation to ensure compliance with ethical standards and legal requirements, utilizing electronic medical record (EMR) systems effectively.

• Continuously engage in professional development, attending workshops and remaining informed on the latest advancements in mental health care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in the state of New Jersey.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year, based on caseload and relevant experience.
