Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.

• Provide individual and group therapy, employing various therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused therapy.

• Maintain detailed and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and quality of care.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to facilitate comprehensive treatment for clients, ensuring that all aspects of their care are addressed.

• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops and training to remain informed on the latest mental health research and therapeutic techniques.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LPC at Crystal Psychotherapy, you will primarily work with a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families, particularly those with limited access to mental health resources. You will address a variety of mental health challenges, ranging from anxiety and depression to trauma and relationship issues, helping clients navigate their paths to recovery and healing.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Colorado.

• Minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience in counseling or mental health practice.

• Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards in mental health care.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to foster trust and rapport with a diverse client base.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload. In addition to a generous salary, you will also receive:
