Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to gather detailed insights into clients’ mental health needs, concerns, and treatment goals.

• Facilitate one-on-one counseling sessions using evidence-based therapeutic techniques to assist clients dealing with anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress, stress management, and other mental health issues.

• Manage couples and family therapy sessions effectively, using structured interventions to improve relationship dynamics, enhance communication skills, and resolve conflicts within familial settings.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that cater specifically to client needs, setting achievable goals while offering tailored therapeutic interventions.

• Provide timely crisis intervention support to clients facing immediate mental health emergencies, employing quick and effective strategies to stabilize conditions.

• Educate clients and their families on mental health awareness, effective coping strategies, and available community resources to foster improved understanding and support networks.

• Maintain organized and confidential client records, documenting assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and outcome measurements in compliance with all legal, ethical, and organizational standards.

• Uphold ethical guidelines and legal requirements governing counseling practices, ensuring that each client’s confidentiality is respected and their informed consent is secured.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Fortuna Behavioral Health Center offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 75,000 to USD 95,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
