Work Environment\n

This is a remote position, allowing you to operate in a flexible setting while maintaining a professional and proactive approach to client care. Although primarily a remote role, occasional meetings may take place in our outpatient office based in Atlanta, Georgia. The work schedule is primarily Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm, with the possibility of occasional evening or weekend hours to accommodate client needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to accurately identify client mental health needs and tailor their treatment plans accordingly.

• Develop, implement, and monitor evidence-based treatment plans that address the specific goals and circumstances of each client.

• Provide individual, couples, and group counseling sessions while employing suitable therapeutic interventions and evidence-based methodologies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your counseling practice will focus on a diverse group of clients, involving individuals dealing with various mental health challenges, including but not limited to grief, traumatic stress, anxiety, and depression. By fostering a safe and supportive environment, you will help clients explore their emotions, develop coping strategies, and establish healthy behavioral patterns. You will also provide specialized support for clients dealing with addiction and trauma-related conditions, helping them navigate their path towards recovery.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of a valid license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Georgia.

• A Master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling or a related field, obtained from an accredited program.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary range of $50,000 to $80,000 per year, with additional incentives such as a sign-on bonus.
