Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and evaluations, collaborating with clients to develop personalized treatment plans that support their goals.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, utilizing diverse modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy to address each client’s unique challenges.

• Engage with clients through individual, couples, family, and group counseling sessions, fostering an encouraging atmosphere conducive to growth.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, involving psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, to ensure a holistic approach to each client’s care.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with ethical standards, providing a clear depiction of client progress and treatment effectiveness.

• Stay abreast of the latest research and developments in mental health practices, engaging in continuous professional development activities including workshops and training sessions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on diverse clients experiencing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. The remote setup will allow you to connect with individuals from various backgrounds in the Canutillo, Texas area and beyond, providing culturally sensitive and individualized support.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas.

• A minimum of two years of relevant experience in providing counseling services within a clinical setting.

• Strong understanding of ethical guidelines and legal regulations surrounding counseling practices.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling you to establish rapport and therapeutic relationships with clients effectively.

• Proficiency with electronic medical record (EMR) systems and telehealth technologies.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, with an annual compensation of $80,000 to $100,000, depending on your caseload and experience. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, which includes health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as malpractice insurance coverage.
