Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting ethical, compassionate individual counseling sessions via video chat, ensuring a safe space for clients to explore their thoughts and feelings.

• Utilizing solution-based treatment modalities to tailor individual therapy approaches for each client based on their unique needs.

• Developing effective treatment plans that reflect a thorough understanding of the client’s mental health condition and goals.

• Facilitating client insights, helping them understand their experiences, emotions, and interpersonal relationships.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:

• A Master’s degree in a counseling-related discipline, such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.

• A current, state-issued mental health counseling license that allows independent practice (LMFT, LMHC, or LCSW).
\n
• No restricted or provisional licenses; candidates must not have any disciplinary actions on their record.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills, demonstrating empathy, active listening, and a supportive demeanor.

• Proficiency in computer literacy, including the ability to navigate telehealth platforms and virtual counseling tools.

• A computer with webcam and audio capabilities, as well as a reliable internet connection for video sessions.

Preferred Experience\n

Candidates with at least 2 years of relevant experience in mental health counseling are preferred, allowing you to bring a beneficial perspective to the role. Experience working with diverse populations and familiarity with various therapeutic modalities will be highly advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 104,000 annually, depending on your working hours and level of experience. Additional benefits include:
