The Renovate Family Counseling Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) to join our dynamic team in a full-time remote capacity. This role is vital in guiding clients through their therapeutic journey, facilitating their recovery from initial admission to successful discharge. The LMHC will be responsible for conducting clinical assessments and contributing valuable insights to the development of effective treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Travel between regional programs as needed to fulfill client care requirements.
\n
• Complete the Biopsychosocial assessment within one day of a client’s admission, incorporating both parent and resident components as necessary.
\n
• Establish therapeutic rapport by meeting with clients within twenty-four hours of admission.
\n
• Create and implement the Comprehensive Treatment Plan and Integrated Treatment Summary within three days of each client’s admission.
\n
• Identify individual treatment goals on a weekly basis and develop corresponding contracts tailored to each client's needs.
\n
• Write and facilitate the Discharge Summary, ensuring a smooth transition for clients at the end of their treatment.
\n
• Conduct individual psychotherapy sessions three times weekly for each client, focused on their progress toward established goals.
\n
• Facilitate conjoint family psychotherapy sessions at least once a week to engage family members in the treatment process.
\n
• Lead professional group therapy sessions and multifamily/alumni groups as assigned, promoting shared experiences and support.
\n
• Liaise with insurance companies by providing clinical documentation necessary for obtaining certifications and ensuring continuity of care.
\n
• Provide ongoing psychotherapeutic interventions to thoroughly educate clients on their treatment plans, goals, and progress.
\n
• Maintain accessibility for family members to enhance support systems for clients.

The clients you will serve at Renovate Family Counseling Center include individuals facing a variety of mental health challenges, such as anxiety, depression, addiction, and trauma. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in a relevant field is required.

• Current licensure or registration as a mental health counselor in the state of Washington is essential.

• Experience working in acute care or residential treatment settings for at least one year is preferred.

• A strong understanding of the therapeutic process and confidentiality laws is critical.

• Demonstrated leadership capabilities and effective communication skills are necessary for successful interactions with clients from various educational and cultural backgrounds.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience with dual diagnosis treatment and the handling of eating disorders or substance abuse issues is a plus.

• Familiarity with best practices in facilitating both individual and group therapies is highly valued.

• Previous experience in outpatient settings targeting similar client populations is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 71,000 to 102,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
