Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop tailored treatment plans, including pre-crisis and crisis interventions, behavioral guidelines, and positive behavior support plans.

• Document clinical interactions and treatment progress in a timely manner, adhering to regulatory standards and ensuring compliance with best practices.

• Apply evidence-based tools and methodologies as directed by the clinical team to effectively evaluate client needs and outcomes.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance client care and service delivery, including engaging with community partners and state agencies as needed.

• Participate in regular training and professional development activities, including conferences and statewide meetings relevant to mental health counseling.

• Facilitate clear communication among various stakeholders to strengthen community relations and promote our organizational mission.
