Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage directly with clients to establish and achieve personalized treatment goals, providing compassionate and evidence-based therapy tailored to each individual's needs.

• Implement prevention-oriented therapeutic strategies and interventions aimed at enhancing mental well-being and preventing relapse.

• Develop, monitor, and adjust comprehensive treatment plans in collaboration with clients and, if necessary, other treatment providers.

• Ensure that all documentation is completed accurately and in a timely fashion to comply with policy and regulations.

• Maintain a manageable caseload while producing thorough session notes that reflect client progress and therapeutic strategies employed.

• Participate in regular staff meetings to discuss treatment approaches, client progress, and team dynamics to enhance service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will serve come from diverse backgrounds and experiences, requiring a range of therapeutic approaches. Your work will primarily involve helping adults navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. By utilizing telehealth, you can create a safe space for clients, ensuring access to mental health resources regardless of geographic constraints.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and fully recognized license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is a must.

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy is required.

• A minimum of 1 year of professional experience in mental health counseling or similar fields.

• A strong understanding of community mental health resources to facilitate client access to additional supports when necessary.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to establish a strong rapport with clients.

• A proactive and engaging approach, with demonstrated leadership abilities and the capacity to motivate self and others.

Preferred Experience\n

Candidates with a background in telehealth practices or experience working with diverse populations will be favored. Familiarity with specific therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Trauma-Informed Care will enhance your integration into our practice.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The competitive salary range for this position is between $70,000 and $100,000 per year, commensurate with your experience and credentials. You will also receive additional incentives, including:
