Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health statuses through detailed conversations and psychological evaluations.

• Develop tailored therapeutic plans that address clients' unique challenges, including depression, anxiety, substance abuse, and eating disorders.

• Facilitate individual and, when appropriate, group therapy sessions using culturally responsive methodologies that foster connection and understanding.

• Provide ongoing support and tools to clients, ensuring regular follow-ups to assess progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and primary care providers, to ensure comprehensive care and client referrals when necessary.

• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and treatment progress using electronic health record (EHR) systems, ensuring compliance with ethical guidelines and confidentiality standards.

Your primary focus will be on diverse individuals facing a range of mental health issues. You will work with clients impacted by various stressors, including trauma, substance abuse, anxiety disorders, and depressive disorders. Understanding cultural nuances and providing tailored support based on the client's background will be essential in fostering an effective therapeutic relationship.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid state license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW is required.

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• At least four years of clinical experience providing mental health counseling.

• Demonstrated knowledge of various mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment interventions.

Compensation and Benefits\n
