Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health through telehealth sessions to inform treatment planning.

• Maintain regular contact with clients through scheduled teletherapy appointments, ensuring they receive ongoing support and guidance.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, fostering a safe space for clients to share their experiences and challenges.

• Provide referrals and coordinate care with other healthcare providers, including psychiatrists and medical professionals, as necessary.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working with a diverse clientele presenting a variety of mental health concerns, including but not limited to, anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related issues, and substance use disorders. Your role will focus on understanding each client's unique experiences and providing compassionate care that respects their cultural background and individual circumstances.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Valid state license as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A minimum of four years of related clinical experience in mental health counseling.

• Thorough understanding of mental health disorders, therapeutic interventions, and cultural competency in therapy practices.

• Demonstrated ability to provide individual and group therapy using innovative and culturally responsive methods.

• Exceptional crisis intervention skills with the ability to manage high-stress situations effectively.

Compensation and Benefits\n
