As a Remote Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will have the flexibility to work from home while providing essential mental health services to individuals in need. This full-time position comes with a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 104,000.

This role is unique as it operates within a fully remote work setting via telehealth services. Our telehealth facility allows counselors to conduct sessions from the comfort of their own homes. With the use of user-friendly technology and an all-in-one counselor portal, our mental health professionals can focus on providing quality care without the burden of excessive paperwork or client acquisition hassles.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual mental health counseling sessions via secure video chat platforms, ensuring a compassionate and ethical approach to care.

• Utilize solution-focused therapeutic modalities tailored to the distinctive needs of each client to facilitate meaningful progress.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that align with each client’s goals, ensuring ongoing assessments and adjustments as necessary.

• Monitor and document client progress throughout the treatment journey, supporting clients in building healthy coping mechanisms.

• Foster insight into clients' experiences, emotions, and interpersonal relationships to promote self-awareness and growth.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your focus will be on providing assessment and treatment services to stable, low-acuity adults presenting a variety of mental health challenges. Your role will be pivotal in guiding these individuals towards improved mental well-being by equipping them with coping strategies and addressing their specific needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in a counseling-related field, such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
\n
• A current, state-issued mental health counseling license allowing for independent practice (Candidates should specify credentials and licensed states, such as LMFT, LPC, or LCSW). Note: Limited/provisional licenses are not accepted.

• No history of disciplinary actions against your license.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a strong empathetic disposition.
\n
• Proficient computer skills, with the ability to navigate telehealth platforms effectively.
\n
• A reliable computer setup complete with webcam and audio capabilities for conducting virtual sessions.
\n
• Access to a stable internet connection to facilitate uninterrupted telehealth services.

Preferred Experience\n

Two years of relevant experience in mental health counseling is required to ensure you are adequately prepared to manage the diverse needs of our clientele. Candidates with additional experience in specific therapeutic modalities are highly encouraged to apply.
