Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and empathetic assessments of clients’ mental health conditions to formulate precise clinical diagnoses and develop individualized treatment plans that reflect each client’s needs.

• Provide high-quality therapeutic interventions, including individual, couple, family, and group therapy sessions, utilizing a range of evidence-based modalities tailored to each unique situation.

• Implement crisis intervention strategies for clients in acute distress, developing immediate action plans and coordinating care if necessary.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records that encompass treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment results, ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards in mental health practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse clientele that includes individuals, couples, families, and groups from varied cultural backgrounds. Qualifications\n

• A valid license as a Mental Health Therapist in Texas, with credentials such as LMFT, LPC, or LCSW.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. We also provide a sign-on bonus.
