Key Responsibilities\n

• Implement evidence-based interventions including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other innovative therapeutic modalities tailored to the specifics of client service plans.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of all assessments, treatment sessions, and care plans to comply with departmental standards and ensure continuity of care.

As a Mental Health Counselor at Calm Connections, you will work with a diverse clientele, serving individuals from various backgrounds and age groups. Qualifications\n

• A valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Tennessee is required.

• A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is necessary for this position.
